Hibachi at home in four Florida service cities
Plan a private hibachi meal at your home, backyard, Airbnb, or vacation rental. Hibachi Pop’s service cities are:
- Orlando
- Tampa
- Miami
- Jacksonville
Every request needs an exact event address and preferred date. A city listing does not guarantee availability for every property or date, or a particular travel fee.
Confirm your address and date first
- Choose your service city and provide the full event address, preferred date and time, and guest counts by age.
- Share parking, gate, equipment access, and cooking-space details, plus any host or venue requirements.
- We review availability, travel, access, and final pricing before requesting the deposit.
For a nearby community or an address outside these cities, send the exact location for review before making plans around our availability. Longer-distance requests require owner review.
How travel pricing is confirmed
The travel fee is $75 per order for a verified driving distance of up to 100 miles. Over 100 miles, the fee is pending until the owner confirms it; we then confirm the amount with you before the deposit request.

Being inside a listed city does not automatically place an event within the standard travel range. Travel is separate from the food minimum and is included in the reviewed final total.
The same booking rules across all four cities
- Adults ages 13+: $60 per guest.
- Children ages 5–12: $30 per guest.
- Children ages 0–4: $0 guest charge, with a child-size hibachi meal. Include them in the guest count; premium upgrades are separate.
- $600 food minimum, subject to the existing verified referral policy. Travel is separate.
A fixed, non-refundable $50 deposit per order is required to secure the date and time after final review. It is applied toward the final balance; it is not a percentage of the order total.
Each standard guest meal includes two protein selections, fried rice, vegetables, and salad. Premium proteins and add-ons are priced separately.
Airbnb and private-property requirements
Obtain permission from the host or property manager for the event and onsite cooking before booking. Send property rules and setup details for review. A suitable outdoor or open-air cooking area is preferred; the chef reviews the space and any open-flame performance for safety.
You prepare tables, chairs, plates, forks, and a suitable setup area. We bring the chef, grill, cooking equipment, food, and live hibachi experience to your event.
Insurance and COI requirements
Insurance coverage details are not yet verified for publication. Do not treat this website as proof of insurance. We will publish coverage information only after the policy is effective and its scope has been verified. If insurance is required for your event, contact us before booking.
We cannot currently promise a COI or additional-insured endorsement. Send your host or venue requirements before booking so they can be reviewed. Document availability will be confirmed only after active coverage and the applicable insurer requirements have been verified. Do not assume the venue insurance requirement has been met.
