Booking Requests and Confirmation

Submitting information creates a booking request, not a confirmed reservation. Hibachi Pop must review availability, address, travel requirements, menu details, and final price. A date and time are secured only after final review and successful payment of the required $50 deposit.

Prices, Travel Fee, and Payment

Food and add-on estimates follow the pricing shown during the request process. Travel costs $75 per order for a verified driving distance up to 100 miles. For longer trips, the travel fee remains pending until the owner confirms it, before the amount is quoted to you. Final pricing is subject to review. The $50 deposit is applied toward the final balance. The remaining balance may be paid using the payment methods approved for the event.

Cancellation and Changes

Each order requires a fixed, non-refundable $50 deposit, applied toward the final balance. The deposit is not calculated as a percentage. Rescheduling, exceptional circumstances, and material order changes require owner review and approval. Changes to guest count, menu, address, date, or time may change the price or availability.

Allergies and Special Requests

Customers must disclose allergies, dietary restrictions, and special preparation requests before final confirmation. We will record and review those requests, but shared equipment and preparation areas may create a risk of cross-contact. Severe or uncertain allergy requests require individual review and cannot be guaranteed automatically.

Venue, Weather, and Customer Preparation

Customers are responsible for providing a suitable event area, tables, chairs, plates or bowls in appropriate sizes, forks, access instructions, and any required gate or security information. Outdoor or well-ventilated service is preferred. Rain protection, adequate lighting, safe access, and sufficient space may be required. Indoor cooking is subject to the chef’s on-site safety assessment.

SMS Terms

When you expressly ask Hibachi Pop to text booking information or a private review link to the number you provide or call from, you agree to receive transactional messages for that request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Texts are limited to your requested booking details and necessary corrections, not marketing. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our first text includes booking-program identification and opt-out instructions. After STOP, you must choose to text START and provide permission again before further booking texts. Acceptable Use and Communications

You agree to provide accurate contact, event, address, and payment information and not to misuse our website, phone, messaging, or booking systems. AI-assisted communications may be used to answer questions and collect details, while final pricing, refunds, exceptions, and other material commitments may require human approval.
