Plan a hibachi party at your Orlando Airbnb
Hibachi Pop brings a chef, grill, cooking equipment, food, and live hibachi cooking to private events. If you are planning dinner at an Orlando Airbnb or vacation rental, start with the property’s permission, your guest count, and a suitable cooking space.
Send the exact event address and preferred date so we can review availability, travel, and access. Orlando is a service city, but a city listing does not guarantee every property or date. Nearby vacation rentals and longer-distance requests need an address-specific review before booking.
1. Check with your host before booking
Can you cook hibachi at an Airbnb or vacation rental?
Yes, when the host or property manager permits the event and onsite cooking. Obtain permission before booking and share any property rules, access restrictions, and insurance requirements with us. A suitable outdoor or open-air cooking area is preferred. The chef reviews the setup and any open-flame performance for safety; a reservation does not override property rules.
Ask the host or property manager whether your planned guest count, outside chef, grill, and cooking location are permitted. Share any rules about visitors, quiet hours, parking, pool-deck access, or equipment access with us. Host permission and our review both need to happen before the event is confirmed.
2. Count every guest and plan the food budget
| Guest age | Price per guest |
|---|---|
| Adults · 13+ | $60 |
| Children · 5–12 | $30 |
| Children · 0–4 | $0 · free |
Each standard guest meal includes two protein selections, fried rice, vegetables, and salad. Premium proteins and add-ons are priced separately.
Yes. Children ages 0–4 have no guest charge and still receive a child-size hibachi meal with up to two protein portions each. They are included in the total guest count and meal preparation. The $600 food minimum still applies, and premium protein upgrades are priced separately.
There is a $600 food minimum. If guest meals do not reach it, premium upgrades, extra proteins, appetizers, and side orders may be added toward the minimum. Adding food is optional; if the customer prefers not to add anything, the food price remains $600. Only the food total above $600 increases the price. See the verified referral policy for eligible credits.
Keep the deposit and travel fee separate
A fixed, non-refundable $50 deposit per order is required to secure the date and time after final review. It is applied toward the final balance; it is not a percentage of the order total.
The travel fee is $75 per order for a verified driving distance of up to 100 miles. Over 100 miles, the fee is pending until the owner confirms it; we then confirm the amount with you before the deposit request. The travel fee is separate from the food minimum. Your total is reviewed before the deposit request.
For example, ten standard adult meals total $600 before travel, upgrades, and add-ons. Adding a child age 0–4 adds no guest charge, but include them in the order so we can prepare their meal.
3. Prepare the space and a weather plan
You prepare tables, chairs, plates, forks, and a suitable setup area. We bring the chef, grill, cooking equipment, food, and live hibachi experience to your event.
- Have enough tables, chairs, plates, and forks for the full group.
- Share access notes and photos if the chef’s equipment area, entrance, or route through the property needs review.
- Confirm your rain plan with the host and chef in advance. We do not provide rain cover; any cover and cooking location need to be suitable for the equipment and conditions.
Food and cooking equipment need suitable rain protection. Outdoor or open-air setups are preferred; indoor cooking requires chef review. Guests may also remain indoors while the chef cooks outside near a suitable entrance.
We ask for allergy and dietary details on every request. Gluten-free seasoning may be requested in advance, but we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Severe or unclear allergies require human review.
4. Resolve insurance requirements before booking
Insurance coverage details are not yet verified for publication. Do not treat this website as proof of insurance. We will publish coverage information only after the policy is effective and its scope has been verified. If insurance is required for your event, contact us before booking.
We cannot currently promise a COI or additional-insured endorsement. Send your host or venue requirements before booking so they can be reviewed. Document availability will be confirmed only after active coverage and the applicable insurer requirements have been verified. Do not assume the venue insurance requirement has been met.
